For the past 4.5 years, my urologic interest has focused on Type IIIA (non-bacterial) Prostatitis in accordance with the new classification as set forth by the National Institute of Health, NIH. As you know, Prostatitis is an orphan disease or as Thomas Stamey, M.D. has stated, is "the wastebasket of clinical ignorance". Prostatitis to most physicians represents confusion in clinical presentation, confusion in diagnosis, and confusion in treatment. It is well known that the vast majority of cases of prostatitis are non-bacterial meaning that fewer than 5% of all cases respond to antibiotics. Despite this fact, 80% of all Urologists prescribe antibiotics as their first line of therapy, virtually 100% of the time.
In a study presented at the NIH in November of 1999, I reviewed our findings on 235 consecutive men seen at our clinic over the span of 10 months. These men presented with a myriad of urologic complaints as their chief complaint. All men underwent an AUA symptom score evaluation, administered by a physician. If men experienced any level of voiding symptoms, an EPS, expressed prostatic secretion, was performed. While admittedly, men with a voiding symptom score of 1-7 have mild symptoms and present little or no clinical consequence, this group of men were included as well in this unbiased prospective review.
In the group of men less than 50 years old (n=83), 81% of men had prostatitis as determined by an EPS of greater than or equal to10 wbcs/400 power (microscopically). This data is consistent with the literature as referenced in Campbell's Urology and tends to validate our research.
In the group of men 50 years or older, 88% of men (n=152) had prostatitis by the same criteria. This data has never been reported, in any Urologic Reference Text or prior study. This data further suggests that men with voiding symptoms should be evaluated for prostatitis prior to use of alpha blockade or surgical intervention for symptoms previously presumed to be those of BPH, benign prostatic hyperplasia. Such evaluation can only enhance the clinical outcome of these patients, improving quality of life surveys. In corollary studies, it was noted that men with a PSA equal to or greater than one had prostatitis 100% of the time, (n=131), based on a positive EPS, the definitive diagnostic test. Men with a PSA of less than one may or may not have prostatitis and should be tested for prostatitis, if their voiding symptom score is greater than or equal to eight.
In regard to PSA, our data supports the cutting edge literature that a PSA of 0-4ng/ml is not normal, but common. This is correlated to the fact that 20-30% of all prostate cancers are in this range. Thus, to call a PSA of 0-4 normal is a true medical oxymoron. If we ever hope to promote a healthier adult male population, as well as decrease disease, we must change the reference range (of normal) to less than one as the new standard of practice and acceptance.
Given our collective frustration level to the lack of benefit of antibiotics for prostatitis resolution, physicians have used various regimens, whether alone or in combination for such patients. These include alpha-blockade, Proscar, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication, and even Interstitial Cystitis remedies such Elmiron. While the war is waged on symptom and disease amelioration, the agents mentioned above do little to change the face of the disease. Physicians, nonetheless, should be applauded, as it appears that we are increasingly willing to look at all options with an open mind.
I had faced the same challenge as you and decided to evaluate a unique now patented, all-natural remedy that avoided controversial ingredients, has no side effects, and is cost effective. In a review of many hundreds of patients, I have evaluated both subjective and objective markers of prostate disease. My basic goal was to validate the benefit of antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, beta-sitosterols, and immune boosters in combination, as they related to durable and accepted biologic/clinical markers. The data we obtained in clinicals has never been shown previously with either an FDA regulated product or dietary supplement. The product we evaluated improved the voiding symptom score by almost 13 points on average, while the EPS improved by 66%. Additionally, the PSA dropped by almost 50%. PEENUTS, the name for this unique formula works synergistically at the prostate cellular level to reduce the inflammatory response. This process is mediated through immune modulation. As the EPS decreases, the PSA response also falls as the prostate becomes healthier. Not surprisingly, voiding symptoms vanish while spurious lower tract symptoms of pain or discomfort abate. Notwithstanding this success, our current research continues to focus on the immune system modulations through cytokine and natural killer T cell modification.
When prostate biopsy patients receive the word from you that there is no indication for alarm as no cancer was found, I encourage you to consider that these patients indeed have prostatitis and likely will benefit from the PEENUTS formula. Historically, only 25-33% of patients who undergo a prostate biopsy will receive the diagnosis of prostate cancer. In a review of more than 1000 patients at a national laboratory, approximately, 30% of biopsy specimens showed prostate cancer while virtually all patients had pathological findings consistent with prostatitis. It is with this information, that I urge you to be proactive and give your patients an opportunity to avoid future angst and unnecessary future biopsy triggered primarily, by prostatitis. Therefore, I suggest that you consider the product with which I have had great success. Over the past year or so, I have had quite a few physicians contact me to ask about our product PEENUTS. Like every physician, Dr. Norman Gay loves to see his patients get healthy, but changing lives one by one has never been enough for him. As the Bahamas’ longest-serving minister of health (from 1984 to 1990), and the three time Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Pan American Health Organization, this anti-aging pioneer remains involved in the effort to improve public health not only for his own country, but for the world. In his spare time, Dr. Gay is also a champion bodybuilder and still competitive at the age of 67.

Of the relationship between traditional and complementary medicine, Dr.Gay notes, “Over 90% of our health care budget is spent on disease processes, with less than 10% devoted to the other side of the equation, where people have their health and want to keep it.” He believes the staggering escalation in world health care costs cannot be sustained. It is estimated that every 8 seconds an American turns 65 years old. In the next 10 years there will be 60-70 millions of those who are 65 years or older. "Any system that fails to consider this increase in the aging population is doomed to fail,” he says. “We must spend time helping people take responsibility for and assisting them with their own health so they can hold on to what they have. Why should we give people new hearts when we can help them keep the ones they have?”
Dr. Gay credits his mother, a Seventh-Day Adventist, with setting him on the path to “healthy living, a healthy body, and a healthy mind,” including his early dedication to physical fitness. That dedication continues to this day. The 1982 Bahamas and Southern States “Masters” champion in his weight class, Dr. Gay is preparing for yet another bodybuilding competition. He is past president of the Caribbean Bodybuilding Federation, the Bahamas Olympic Committee, and the Bahamas Confederation of Amateur Sports, and was until 2008 the chairman of the Bahamas Boxing Commission.
Dr. Gay became a member of the International Academy of Preventive Medicine in the 1970s and a member of the Life Extension Foundation in the 1980s. “I’ve been a follower since reading Durk Pearson and Sandy Shaw’s book, Life Extension,” he says.“It was a real eye-opener. It showed me how to provide the body with raw materials it needs to perform its many tasks, such as strengthening the systems, especially the immune system. A strong immune system can combat the ever increasing environmental challenges and to protect against prematurely ageing.”

Details : WASHINGTON — The Pentagon is seeking new ways to treat troops suffering from combat stress or brain damage by researching such alternative methods as acupuncture, meditation, yoga and the use of animals as therapy, military officials said.
"This new theme is a big departure for our cautious culture," Dr. S. Ward Casscells, the Pentagon's assistant secretary for health affairs, told USA TODAY.
Casscells said he pushed hard for the new research, because "we are struggling with" post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) "as we are with suicide and we are increasingly willing to take a hard look at even soft therapies."
So far this year, the Pentagon is spending $5 million to study the therapies. In the previous two years, the Pentagon had not spent any money on similar research, records show.
About 300,000 Iraq and Afghanistan war veterans suffer from PTSD or major depression, and about 320,000 may have experienced at least a mild concussion or brain injury in combat, according to a RAND Corp. study released this year.
The Army reported a record 115 suicides last year, and suicides this year are at a rate that may exceed that, said Col. Eddie Stephens, the Army's deputy director for human resources policy. The Department of Veterans Affairs reported last month that suicides among Iraq- and Afghanistan-era veterans from all services reached a record high of 113 in 2006, the latest year for which there were figures.
Some military hospitals and installations already use alternative therapies, such as acupuncture as stress relievers for patients. The research will see whether the alternatives work so the Pentagon can use them more, said Army Brig. Gen. Loree Sutton, head of the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury. Many of the treatments have been used for centuries, Sutton said, "so it just makes sense to bring all potential therapies to bear."
Her office issued a request for research proposals this year on therapies ranging from art and dance, to the ancient Chinese healing art of qigong or a therapy of hands-on touching known as Reiki.
Sutton's office narrowed a list of 82 proposals to about 10 projects this year, and research should begin, with servicemembers as subjects in some cases, in the next few months, said Col. Karl Friedl, head of the Army's Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center, which oversees the work.
Friedl said research will include how meditation can improve emotional resilience; how holding and petting an animal can treat PTSD and how acupuncture pain relief can relieve headaches created by mild brain damage from blasts.
"We want to add everything we can to our tool kit" for these injuries, said Col. Elspeth Ritchie, an Army psychiatrist.
Some soldiers who suffer from PTSD are reluctant to share their experiences in traditional psychiatric therapy, said Col. Charles Engel, an Army psychiatric epidemiologist. He said those soldiers may be more willing to use acupuncture and other alternatives if they are effective.
Initial research this summer with combat veterans showed that acupuncture relieved PTSD symptoms and eased pain and depression, Engel said. "Improvements were relatively rapid and clinically significant," he said.
About one third of sailors and Marines use some types of alternative therapies, mostly herbal remedies, according to a survey conducted last year. A recent Army study shows that one in four soldiers with combat-caused PTSD turned to herbs, chiropractors, acupuncture or megavitamins for relief.
Although the Pentagon's study of alternative medicine for combat diseases is unique, research into such therapies for broad public use is not new, said Richard Nahin, a senior adviser for the National Institutes of Health's National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine. The NIH spends about $300 million a year on similar research.

Traditional medicine has been used for almost 5,000 years in China, much longer than its Western counterpart. It follows a holistic approach based on the idea that curing a disease means treating both body and mind.
Anastasia Rowland-Seymour, Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, said that integrative medicine combines traditional treatments with conventional treatments. Mixing the two types of treatments can sometimes have harmful effects, so it is the doctor's goal to incorporate them in a way that is not only effective but also safe for the patient.
"The idea is to do it in a way that's safe but [also] addresses all the issues for patients: mind, body, spirit and any other psychosocial issues [they] might have as well," Rowland-Seymour said.
With the increasing popularity of alternative medicine, numerous medical schools now offer courses on the subject. An article published in the Journal of the American Medical Association noted that of the 117 United States medical schools surveyed, 64 percent offer electives in CAM.
In last year's course catalog, the School of Medicine only offered one elective in CAM: "The Philosophy and Practice of Healing and Complementary Medicine."
"Students will ... gain an appreciation of the philosophy, validity and effectiveness of different health and healing paradigms (i.e. non-biomedical) in the treatment of patients," the catalog noted.
A new curriculum instated in fall 2009, modeled after the changes at the Hospital, will give undergraduates as well as graduate students the opportunity to take a variety of classes on CAM during Intersession, according to Patricia Thomas, associate dean for Curriculum at the Hopkins School of Medicine.
"An afternoon in each of our Intersessions is going to be devoted to what we refer to as restorative medicine. That's going to be an opportunity for students to participate in other forms of healing such as yoga, meditation or mindfulness training," Thomas said.

The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is calling on interested members to help participate in the development of the proposed Integrative Medicine (IM) Faculty, a sub-faculty of the specific interest faculty of the RACGP.
The proposed sub-faculty is formed in collaboration with the Australasian Integrative Medicine Association (AIMA). This initiative is part of the wider college efforts to develop faculties of specific interest for GPs.

The Practice of Alternative Medicine in Saudi Arabia got a boost on Monday with the Council of Ministers approving the setting up of a National Center for Alternative and Complementary Medicine.
The Center will serve as a National Referral Authority on Alternative and Complementary Medicine (ACM).
It will be directly linked to the Minister of Health and it can seek the help of foreign ACM specialists, a Council statement said.
The Cabinet, chaired by Crown Prince Sultan, also approved creation of a consultative committee of ACM specialists and representatives of ministries, public institutions and government organizations involved in health affairs, as well as the private sector.
The center will lay down the principles, rules, criteria and conditions for practicing ACM and issue licenses.
It will also draw up guidelines for documentation of ACM, especially regarding Traditional Islamic and Arab medicine.

In the Interim , George W Bush , Gordon Brown and all of the other nosey little busybodies (outside Zimbabwe) should kindly concentrate on the Poverty (and Destitution) in their very own countries - and please stop meddling in Zimbabwe's Internal Affairs.

About Prof Keith Scott-Mumby MB ChB, MD, PhD, FRCP (MA): In his very own words
"I scored good marks in my secondary education and was awarded a State Scholarship to university. I did exceptionally well at medical school and was awarded a top anatomy prize as “prosector”. I also represented the Manchester Medical School in a nationwide pathology competition (came second in the nation).
At this time (1967) I won a major international poetry competition, run by The Guardian newspaper (one of Britain’s finest). The first prize was a trip round the world and early literary recognition. My poetry began being published internationally and especially in Japan.
I qualified in 1970, double degrees, Batchelor of Medicine and Batchelor of Surgery (MB ChB), which is the British equivalent of the American MD. I did the mandatory internships and a further year of vocational training in general practise (family medicine or primary care) in the Manchester area.
However I soon departed into alternative healing interests and did not further my promising mainstream academic career. There were too many unanswered questions in the science of the day. This was little more than a decade into the drug revolution in medicine but it was already apparent that drugs would not deliver the promise inherent in the marketing hype surrounding them.
For several years I studied alternative psychology and nutrition. The big paradigm shift in my life came with explorations into the phenomenon of food allergy. We had been taught academically that food allergy is exceptionally rare (fish, nuts and so on). The least investigation into the facts shows that it is actually very common indeed. It’s just that the diversity of symptoms was not being recognized by doctors at large. Suddenly patients began recovering from chronic afflictions, like eczema, asthma, migraine, arthritis. I was gripped.
I opened one of the world’s first alternative allergy clinics in Manchester The Food and Environmental Allergy Clinic. We called the specialty “clinical ecology”, since it dealt with many aspects of human health in interactions with the environment. Within years we had branches in Harley St, Dublin, Glasgow and occasionally caravans to Stockholm in Sweden, when the demand was sufficient.
I was one of the founding members of a society in Britain then known as the Society for Clinical Ecology. Membership was confined to fully trained medical doctors, although nurses and nutritionists, etc, were admitted as associates. In time so many unqualified people used the term “clinical ecologist” that the society name was altered to the British Society for Allergy, Environmental and Nutritional Medicine. (BSAENM). This has always been closely affiliated with the sister body The American Academy of Environmental Medicine (www.aaem.com).
For 20 years been a member of the prestigious Royal Society of Medicine in London (elected-only membership).
Publication of my first book, The Food Allergy Plan, led to many media interviews. I did radio broadcasts all round the world, including many to the USA, via phone. There were phone-ins etc. At peak periods we were handling over a thousand enquiries a week and my nurses were exhausted! The book became a on-fiction best-seller in the UK for a time. A version was published by CRCS publishers in Nevada.
I became something of a media event when newspapers , radio and television discovered the wealth of fascinating human stories coming out of my clinic. People were healed of all kinds of diseases once thought to be “for life” (like arthritis). One woman escaped from her wheelchair, after discovering she was allergic to a common food she ate every day, and was photographed by the press on top of a mountain she had climbed (not only that but she was first up there, apparently!). Another woman was allergic to her husband’s semen. A young girl who became drunk (like alcohol) led to me being interviewed on television by Alan Titchmarsh (later of Ground Force fame here in the USA).
After the publication of my second book (ALLERGIES: WHAT EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW) I was interviewed by Nancy Wise for the BBC World Service and she did not believe my point that allergies were very common indeed. She sent a roving microphone out onto the streets of London and was astonished when 18 out of 20 people randomly stopped admitted they had some kind of food intolerance. You only have to ask the right questions.
These early years were controversial. That always happens with new advances in thinking and science. In the early 1980s, I was called a quack by certain hard-core orthodox doctors in my home town. Food allergy was called “Mumby-Jumbo” at the local city hospital. Yet by the end of the 80s, physicians were beginning to sneak either themselves or their wives into my clinic as patients. By the end of the 90s even the senior specialists were turning up as patients too. Eventually the tide turned and my former critics were being interviewed and admitting that what I had said over a decade before was true. It was gratifying that in 1994 the UK Government Health Officer released an official communiqué, stating that chemicals in traffic fumes could sensitize individuals to allergens; I had been saying it for years and been scoffed at. By the end of the 1990s, matters had moved on to the point where the National Health Service (the UK government social medicine system) were buying my anti-allergy prescription formulas for patients. To have gone from quack to “official” in less than 20 years is fast progress in medical science!
I made important medico-legal history in 1997. By this time my recognition and status had risen to the level that I was called on by a British Crown Court in Ballymena to pronounce on food allergies in connection with a young Irish boy who had tried to murder his step-father by strangulation. The judge sent him to me for a report. I found that he was made indeed made violent by certain foods, notably potato, beef and strawberry. I was interviewed and filmed in a 25-minute slot on Channel 4’s news program. The defendant became known to the media world-wide as the “Irish Potato Boy”. He was given a conditional discharge by the judge, the condition being that he “stick to the Mumby diet recommendations”. My pioneer work was the first time that a court anywhere in the world came to recognize food allergy as a significant factor in behaviour.
By 1990 the media were calling me the “Number One Allergy Detective”, the name which finally stuck. This was in acknowledgement of the many extraordinary allergies I discovered on individuals. This resulted in frequent radio and TV appearances, to discuss such matters, which intrigued the public greatly. I wrote two further books on this theme: The Allergy Handbook and The Complete Guide to Food Allergy and Environmental Illness. I was interviewed and featured in major magazines, such as Marie-Claire (in the Cosmopolitan stable), Bella, Best and so forth. There were so many I’ve forgotten. I occasionally did media articles under my own by-line, such as for The Independent and the Sunday Mail.
In 1990 I came to write a very important book, concerning a major UK controversy not unlike the fictional film “Pelican Brief” (yes, there were real life murders too). I was hired by prestigious old-school publishers Sidgwick and Jackson to document the story, which I knew well, from involvement with the principal victim of government intrigue against him (I can say this because years later the truth I had first outlined came to light, he was exonerated and awarded substantial damages). It was called THE POISONED TREE, a legal term, which accurately describes the state of twisted police evidence at the time. So seriously was the matter of this book taken that it was serialized by The Sunday Times newspaper. They paid a record royalty for the rights, more than had ever been paid for a story which was not about a movie star or about the UK royal family. The book was subsequently released as a paperback by Pan publishers.
By the 1990s, as I recognized expert in alternative health matters, my name became attached to many medical breakthroughs. I wrote articles for Positive Health journal and was featured in the Sunday Times several times, such as with the Russian SCENAR device. My name was used by reporters to add substance to reports on machines like the Caduceus Lux (Country Living).
Academically, I began to lecture more, including at the Capital University for Integrated Medicine (Washington DC).
My sixth major book was VIRTUAL MEDICINE, a scientific exploration into the realm of alternative medicine so-called “energy” medicine practises. It tracks the development of many modern devices and shows how these are credible. Acupuncture meridians, for example, had been traced using radio-active technetium 99. Homeopathic medicines have been recorded giving off a frequency signal, showing they are potent in some way, despite the controversy over the dilution theory. Of course a lot of research breakthroughs have been carried out here in the US, which makes me very comfortable among colleagues in this environment. Professor William Tiller, emeritus professor at Stanford University, is notable in this respect.
In 2005 I was elected as a Fellow of the Royal College of Practitioners (not to be confused with the Royal College of Physicians, London). This august body was founded in commemoration of the ancient healing kings of Sri Lanka. Besides a number of medical discoveries that are only now being acknowledged by Western medicine, the ancient Sinhalese are perhaps responsible for introducing the concept of hospitals to the world. According to American historians Will and Ariel Durant, King Pandukabhaya (4th century B.C.) had lying-in-homes and hospitals built in various parts of the country. According to the Chulavansa, King Sena II (851-885 A.C.) built the oldest properly excavated hospital in the world, at Mihintale. King Dutugemunu is well reputed to have built many hospitals and put dispensaries in every village of size. King Aggabodhi VII (766-772 AD) studied the medical plants over the whole island of Lanka (to find out) whether they were wholesome or harmful for the sick. This is perhaps the first recorded instance of medical research anywhere is the world. My favourite character, King Buddadasa (C. 3rd AD) is credited with the saying "If you can't be the king, be a healer*." King Buddhadasa carried out great feats of surgery on humans and animals, including brain surgery. He constantly carried a set of surgical instruments with him on his journeys.
Hence the title “Royal” College. I am proud to be elected to this meritorious body in recognition of my contributions to healing and the teaching of alternative medicine techniques.
In 2005 I was elected as professor of energy medicine at the Capital University for Integrative Medicine in Washington. Sadly, it has closed down.

Unconfirmed media reports reaching us seem to suggest that Controversial Italian Lawyer Giovanni Di Stefano may have been contacted to represent Dr Joseph Chikelue Obi in his Multi-Million Dollar Defamation Lawsuit against former Quackometer ISP , Netcetera.
It is also widely being speculated that Attorney Di Stefano may also soon be formally asked to handle other Court Appearances relating to Dr Joseph Chikelue Obi's £10Million Compensation Claim against the General Medical Council (GMC).

My Approach
My goal as an integrated medical doctor is to provide you with a personalised health programme designed to address the underlying factors that are preventing you from experiencing your fullest potential for health, healing and personal growth. How we achieve this depends on you.
For example let’s take the case of depression. The conventional approach is to medicate the person with depression, based on the idea that depression results from an imbalance in neurotransmitters (chemicals that communicate mood). Now this works for a lot of people – but – it doesn’t address the underlying cause of depression. Imbalances of neurotransmitters are not the cause of depression, but the correlates of depression. They occur because of something else - there is a reason that they are imbalanced. Discovering what that those reasons are is part of my job.
Case Examples – Depression
One person’s depression for example might be due to a combination of negative thinking styles, significant stress and lack of social connections, another person’s might be related to a combination of nutrient deficiencies, blood-sugar instability, hormonal imbalances and food sensitivities, and another person’s related to addictions and an emotionally traumatic event from the past. The solution for these three people requires an approach that takes into account these very different underlying contributors.
For Example :
The first person would probably respond best to a combination of stress reduction techniques, guided imagery (to help them rehearse the steps to creating meaningful relationships/friendships), physical exercise and cognitive behavioural therapy approaches.
The second person would probably best respond to a healthy eating programme, supplementation including natural antidepressants and hormone balancing approaches, and temporary avoidance of the foods to which they are sensitive.
The third person would probably best respond to a 12-step programme, co-dependency treatment, life skills training and detraumatisation using EmoTrance and/or the Rewind Technique (see below)
You can see that despite all three people having the same diagnosis – depression – each of them have unique reasons for experiencing depression – and because of this, they each require an individualised and flexible approach. What Approaches Might I Use In Order To Help You?
Here is a summary of the different approaches that I might use with you. The exact combination will depend on you and the condition that you have.
Nutritional Supplementation involves the use of specific nutritional products to help the body overcome a particular health problem. Most people benefit from being on a multivitamin-mineral and essential fatty acid formula, but to really target a particular problem, specific nutrient’s, nutrient combinations and/or herbs may be recommended.
Dietary and Lifestyle Advice provides the foundations of my health programme. This includes advice on the diet that is best suited to you, for example some people need to be on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet, and others thrive on a low protein, high carbohydrate diet.I might also take a look at issues such as exercise, sleep, your environment, habits, hygiene, and relationships and so – essentially anything that is relevant to helping you achieve your health goals.
Guided Imagery is one of my favourite mind-body tools. It focuses and directs the imagination in a way that can help bring about specific conscious goals, support healing and provide insight into a particular life situation or challenge. I use guided imagery with most of my patients.
The Rewind Technique is a safe and highly effective psychological method for de-traumatising people, and treating panic attacks and phobias. It takes on average just 40 minutes to do. Most people require one or two sessions with this technique
EmoTrance is a mind-body skill which harnesses the power of intention to remove the underlying disturbances associated with a wide range of emotion related challenges. I tend to use it with my patients who need help in letting go of grief, heartbreak, resentment, anger or emotional upset. It can also be used for overcoming barriers to intimacy and self-acceptance.
The Choices Method - based on the work of Patricia Carrington and Gary Craig’s Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), this energy psychology skill can be used to help resolve self-limiting beliefs, break negative thought/feeling cycles, overcome phobias and instal positive, pro-health suggestions and programmes.
Presencing is a skill that facilitates subtle, but profound shifts in consciousness. It allows an individual to transcend habitual patterns of thinking and reacting and in doing so experience and resonate with the creative impulses of the future via the gateway of the present moment. The many benefits include instant transcendence of conflict, opening oneself to experiencing love and connection, dissolving emotional blocks, accessing and being moved by creative knowing, and developing a conscious relationship with one’s essence .
