Quackometer Blog Dumped By Netcetera

On the 18th of February 2008 , the Isle of Man Web Hosting Mogul , Netcetera Ltd , officially struck off the Quackometer Blog from it's Corporate Register of Hosted Websites ; after an Extensive External Investigation shockingly revealed Serious Legal Concerns about it's content.


As Netcetera was financially benefiting from the Quackometer Blog (prior and up to the 18th of February 2008) , all those Alternative Medicine Professionals who have been (in any way) defamed by the Quackometer Blog are hereby advised to seek Legal Advice relating to the Urgent Suing of Netcetera directly , on the following Basic Grounds (plus others):


*Netcetera was being paid to host the Quackometer Blog (prior and up to the 18th of February 2008).

*Netcetera firmly continued to host the Quackometer Blog (prior and up to the 18th of February 2008), despite being made fully aware of the Highly Defamatory Material contained therein.

*Netcetera additionally still continued to eagerly collect regular payments for hosting (and registering) the Quackometer Blog (prior and up to the 18th of February 2008), despite being made fully aware of the Highly Defamatory Material contained therein.

*Netcetera was also effectively being paid by the Quackometer Blog to unlawfully offer SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Services to Globally (and Maliciously) disseminate the Aforesaid Defamatory Material on a Massive International Scale (prior and up to the 18th of February 2008).

*Netcetera was fully aware (prior and up to the 18th of February 2008) that Andy Lewis ( the self-proclaimed 'broke' owner of the Quackometer Blog ) had absolutely no Valid Alternative Medicine Qualifications or Global Defamation Indemnity relating Alternative Medicine ; and as such could not be considered to be a Competent (Lawful) Authority duly empowered to make such Extremely Damaging Statements.


*Netcetera was also comprehensively aware (prior and up to the 18th of February 2008) that Andy Lewis ( the self-proclaimed 'broke' owner of the Quackometer Blog ) was in no financial position (whatsoever) to duly afford any Substantial Litigation Costs (and Damages) relating to the Highly Defamatory Material which was essentially being Liberally Processed (and Optimized) by Netcetera.


*Finally , (and Thankfully - Speaking), (prior and up to the 18th of February 2008) , Netcetera was (and still is) a very wealthy offshore company with a Strong Global Presence ; which can easily afford to pay Hefty Compensation Damages ; if such Compensation is duly awarded by Competent Law Courts anywhere in the World where the Defamatory Material is visible.


::: * NB * ::: By Law , Netcetera must still entertain all compensation claims relating to it's previous dealings with the Quackometer (prior and up to the 18th of February 2008) ; even though it has technically ceased to do business with Quackometer Geek Mr Andy Lewis.
